2.3.1 Suspension for Non-Compliance
Accounts may be suspended for violating any Terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to risk management violations or malicious trading practices.
2.3.2 Reinstatement Process
Users may appeal account suspensions by contacting support@atlasfunded.com. Reinstatement decisions will be made at Atlas Funded’s discretion.
3. Evaluation Challenge Details
3.1 Evaluation Options
Customers may choose from several evaluation challenges, each with its own requirements and risk parameters:

3.1.1 Challenge Customisation
Atlas Funded offers flexibility in challenge selection based on a user’s experience level and risk tolerance.
3.1.2 Non-Transferable Accounts
Evaluation accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users are prohibited from sharing or selling their accounts to others.
3.2 Trading Parameters
All trades must adhere to the predefined risk management limits, including the specified drawdown and profit targets for each challenge.
3.2.1 Leverage Rules
Each challenge has a set leverage limit. Violating these limits may result in immediate disqualification from the evaluation phase.
4. Trading Practices and Guidelines
4.1 Profitable Trading Days
To pass the evaluation, traders must have a minimum of five profitable trading days where the profit achieved is greater than 0.5%, or 1% dependant on the challenge type.
4.1.1 Definition of Profitable Days
A day is considered profitable if the total closed trades result in a net gain, excluding open positions.
4.2 Risk Management
Traders must adhere to the max daily drawdown limits: 5% for the Atlas Trader and Plus Challenges, and 4% for the Atlas Express Challenge.
4.2.1 Monitoring of Drawdowns
Atlas Funded actively monitors daily drawdowns and overall drawdowns. Breaches may result in immediate suspension or failure of the evaluation.
4.3 Prohibited Practices
Any activity such as hedging trades between accounts, trading maliciously, or violating market rules will result in immediate disqualification.
4.3.1 Use of Automated Tools
Unauthorised automated tools, such as certain Expert Advisors (EAs), are strictly prohibited unless specifically approved by Atlas Funded.
4.3.2 Malicious Exploits
Exploiting system bugs, trading discrepancies, or any unethical practice that undermines the integrity of the platform will result in account closure.
4.3.3 High-Frequency Trading (HFT) & Ultra-Fast Scalping
Trades that last less than three minutes as a primary strategy are strictly prohibited. This trading method puts excessive strain on broker servers and attempts to exploit the demo environment. While short trades may naturally occur, they must not form the basis of your strategy.
4.3.4 One-Sided Risk Exposure (Funded Accounts Only)
Traders in the funded stage must adhere to balanced risk management principles.No more than 50% of the daily loss limit may be risked on a single trade or multiple trades on the same instrument.Example: If the account’s daily drawdown limit is 5%, the maximum risk per instrument per day is 2.5%.
4.3.5 Hedging Across Brokers or Prop Firms
Using multiple brokers or proprietary trading firms to hedge trades and create risk-free trading conditions is strictly forbidden. Traders must ensure their trades reflect true market risk exposure.
4.3.6 Tick Scalping & Latency Exploitation
Opening a large number of trades to take advantage of minor price movements (tick scalping) or exploiting delays in broker price feeds (latency arbitrage) is not permitted. These methods do not reflect real market conditions and create an unfair advantage.
4.3.7 Account Sharing & Third-Party Trading Services
All accounts must be traded exclusively by the account owner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:Sharing account login credentials with third parties.Allowing another individual or service to trade on your behalf.Logging into accounts from multiple, drastically different locations without prior approval.
4.3.8 News Trading Policy
News trading is permitted during Evaluation accounts; however, it is restricted on Funded accounts.Any profits generated from trades opened or closed within five (5) minutes before or after a red folder (high-impact) economic news event — as classified on Forex Factory or equivalent economic calendars — are subject to withdrawal or deduction from the trader’s payout.Such actions will not result in a breach but may affect the payout calculation for that specific cycle.
4.3.9 Excessive Order Placement & Server Overloading
Placing an unreasonable number of market or limit orders in short timeframes overloads broker servers and disrupts trading performance. Any activity intended to interfere with market execution speed is prohibited.
4.3.10 Account Passing Services
Using external services to pass an evaluation or trade on behalf of a trader is not allowed. All evaluations must be completed independently by the trader.
4.3.11 Weekend Trading Restrictions
Holding trades over the weekend (Friday–Monday) is permitted. Opening new positions on Saturday and Sunday is not allowed.
4.3.12 Excessive Risk Taking
During the funded stage, traders must exercise prudent risk management at all times. Strategies that involve excessive risk-taking—such as consistently placing trades without a stop-loss, or employing trading styles that expose the account to significant risk through other means—are strictly prohibited. Such behaviour will be reviewed on an account-by-account basis, and Atlas Funded reserves the right to intervene, issue warnings, or terminate funded accounts found to be in breach of this policy.
4.3.13 Consequences of Violations
Atlas Funded enforces strict compliance with these rules. Violating any of the above guidelines may result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, or forfeiture of any outstanding payouts.Traders are expected to operate ethically and in accordance with fair trading practices. If you require clarification on any of the above rules, please contact support.
5. Funded Account Allocation
5.1 Transition to Funded Accounts
After successful completion of the evaluation, traders will receive a funded account with the same balance as the evaluation account.
5.1.1 Account Setup
The funded account will be set up within 5 business days after completing the evaluation. Traders must comply with all further trading rules.
5.2 Account Usage
Traders must maintain a consistent trading strategy in the funded account as demonstrated during the evaluation phase. Major deviations may result in the suspension of the funded account.
5.2.1 Review of Trading Strategy
Atlas Funded reserves the right to review the funded account periodically to ensure consistency in trading strategies.
5.2.2 Prohibited Gambling Strategies
Traders must avoid using trading strategies that resemble gambling behaviours, including but not limited to “all-or-nothing” positions or highly speculative trades that rely on chance rather than skill or analysis. Atlas Funded seeks to fund traders who exhibit consistency, sound risk management, and long-term profitability.Any approach that disregards structured risk control, such as opening oversized trades relative to account balance, relying on hope-based holds, or strategies that have a binary outcome by design, may be classified as gambling.Such strategies are strictly prohibited on both evaluation and funded accounts. Breaches of this rule may result in immediate account disqualification and forfeiture of any profits, in accordance with Section 4.3.13
5.3 Review and Auditing
Atlas Funded reserves the right to audit and review funded accounts at any time. Violations of trading rules can result in account termination.
5.3.1 Audit Frequency

6.3 Payout Schedule
Funded traders may request payouts through the Client Section in accordance with the payout cycle applicable to their account (default or as modified by any payout add-ons selected at checkout or via the dashboard).
Default: First payout eligible 30 days from the first funded trade; subsequent payouts every 30 days.
Bi-Weekly add-on: First payout at 30 days, then every 14 days.
Weekly add-on: First payout at 21 days, then every 7 days.
Atlas Funded processes approved payouts within 1–5 business days. Actual receipt may depend on verification/AML checks, payment method, and network/banking conditions. Payout requests submitted on weekends or public holidays are treated as received on the next business day. Additional method-specific fees or limits may apply as set out in our Payouts policy.
6.3.1 Payment Processing Methods
Payments are made via bank transfer or through third-party processors. Traders must ensure their payout details are up-to-date.
6.3.2 Processing Fees
Any fees associated with withdrawals are the responsibility of the trader. These may include bank fees or third-party service charges.
6.4 Payout Restrictions
Payouts may be delayed or denied if the trader has violated any rules, such as exceeding drawdown limits or engaging in forbidden trading practices.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 General Refund Policy
7.1.1 No Refunds on Used Accounts
Atlas Funded does not offer refunds once an account has been used. An account is considered used once a trader has placed at least one trade. By placing a trade, the trader acknowledges and accepts that their purchase is final and non-refundable.
7.1.2 Refunds for Unused Accounts
Atlas Funded may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund if an account has been purchased but not used. To qualify, the trader must not have placed any trades on the account. Refund requests must be submitted within [7 days] of purchase, and approval remains at the discretion of Atlas Funded.
7.2 Refundable Evaluation Fees
7.2.1 Evaluation Fee Refund Eligibility
Traders who successfully pass an evaluation and receive a funded account are eligible for a refund of their evaluation fee.
7.2.2 Refund Payment Conditions
Refunds of evaluation fees are only available to traders who successfully pass their evaluation, reach the funded stage, and complete the required number of payout cycles as outlined below. Refunds are processed together with the payout in which eligibility is met.

7.3 Chargeback Policy & Legal Action
7.3.1 Zero-Tolerance Chargeback Policy
Atlas Funded maintains a strict no-chargeback policy. Any trader who initiates a chargeback on a legitimate purchase will have their account immediately suspended, and the chargeback will be contested to the fullest extent of our legal rights.
7.3.2 Legal Action for Chargebacks
In the event that Atlas Funded loses a chargeback dispute, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against the individual to recover funds, damages, and any applicable legal fees.For any refund inquiries, please contact support@atlasfunded.com before taking any action.
7.4 Penalties for Prohibited Practices
Traders found violating any of the prohibited practices will have their accounts terminated without notice, and Atlas Funded may pursue legal action for damages incurred.
8. Social Media and Public Communications
8.1 Public Representation
Traders are required to represent Atlas Funded honestly and fairly in any public communication, including social media, blogs, or reviews.
8.1.1 False Claims
Any untrue or defamatory statements made against Atlas Funded can result in immediate account termination and legal action.
8.2 Defamatory or Misleading Statements
Spreading misleading or false information about the platform’s services or performance will result in legal proceedings, including but not limited to account suspension and financial compensation for damages.
8.3 Consequences for Violations
Traders who post defamatory content or false claims about Atlas Funded will face immediate termination and forfeiture of any profits accumulated through the platform.
8.3.1 Social Media Misconduct Policy
Traders who are found to have misrepresented Atlas Funded on social media or public platforms will have their accounts flagged and investigated.
8.4 Atlas Funded Giveaway Terms & Conditions for Social Media Collaborators
8.4.1. Giveaway Winner Selection
All giveaways conducted as part of Atlas Funded’s collaboration program must use a randomiser tool to select the winners. This ensures transparency and fairness in the selection process.
8.4.2 Violation of Winner Selection Process
If a winner is manually selected (not via a randomiser), it will be considered a violation of our giveaway rules. In such cases, the giveaway may be voided.
8.4.3 Unintentional Violations
If the violation of this rule was unintentional (e.g., by human error or misunderstanding), the collaborator may be given an opportunity to denounce the manually selected winners. In such cases, the collaborator must reannounce the winners using a random selection tool.
8.4.4 Randomiser ToolsFor the purposes of reannouncing the winners, we recommend using a recognised and trusted random selection tool, such as XPicker (formerly TwitterPicker), for giveaways held on X (formerly Twitter).
8.4.5 Giveaway Validity
Failure to adhere to these rules, even in cases of unintentional violations, may result in the cancellation or voiding of the giveaway.
8.4.6. Acknowledgement
By participating in Atlas Funded’s giveaway program, you agree to these terms and conditions and commit to following the rules for winner selection as outlined above.
9. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
9.1 Grounds for Suspension
Atlas Funded reserves the right to suspend accounts for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including risk management breaches or prohibited trading practices.
9.1.1 Immediate Suspension
Suspension may occur without prior notice if a serious violation is detected, such as breaches in risk management limits or engagement in fraudulent practices.
9.2 Permanent Termination
Accounts may be permanently terminated if violations are deemed severe, including any fraudulent behavior or breaches of the rules that pose a risk to the platform.
9.2.1 Appeal of Termination
Users may appeal the termination of their account by contacting support@atlasfunded.com. All appeals must be submitted within 10 business days of the account termination notice.
9.3 Suspension Duration
Accounts suspended for minor violations may be reinstated after a thorough investigation, but accounts flagged for serious violations will be permanently disabled.
9.3.1 No Refunds for Terminated Accounts
If a trader’s account is terminated due to violation of the Terms and Conditions, they are not eligible for any refund of fees paid.
10. Withdrawal and Payout Restrictions
10.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal
Traders must fully comply with all trading guidelines and maintain adherence to the rules in order to be eligible for withdrawals. Any violations will delay or cancel payout eligibility.
10.3 Processing Times
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 business days. Any delays caused by third-party payment providers are not the responsibility of Atlas Funded.
10.3.1 Third-Party Payment Delays
Atlas Funded will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks. Users are advised to contact their payment provider for any further assistance.
10.4 Fees and Charges
Traders are responsible for all fees related to the withdrawal process, including third-party bank fees or any charges incurred during currency conversion.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1 Ownership of Materials
All software, content, and intellectual property on Atlas Funded’s platform remain the property of Atlas Funded or its licensors.
11.2 Prohibited Use of Intellectual Property
Traders may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any proprietary materials provided by Atlas Funded without prior written consent.
11.3 Violations of Intellectual Property
Any unauthorized use of Atlas Funded’s intellectual property, including the redistribution of materials or proprietary software, will result in legal action.
12. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
12.1 Commitment to Data Protection
Atlas Funded is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all traders. All personal information is protected under applicable data privacy laws.
12.1.1 GDPR Compliance

12.3 مسؤولية المستخدم
يتحمل المستخدمون مسؤولية ضمان دقة بياناتهم الشخصية وحداثتها في النظام.
12.3.1 الإخطار بانتهاكات البيانات
في حالة حدوث خرق للبيانات، ستقوم Atlas Funded بإخطار المستخدمين المتضررين والسلطات المختصة في غضون 72 ساعة.
13. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية
13.1 عدم وجود ضمانات للربحية
ينطوي التداول على مخاطر متأصلة، والأداء السابق لا يضمن النجاح في المستقبل. لا تقدم Atlas Funded أي ضمانات فيما يتعلق بربحية المتداول على المنصة.
13.2 مخاطر الخسارة
قد يخسر المتداولون أكثر من رأس مالهم الأولي، ولن تتحمل Atlas Funded المسؤولية عن أي خسائر تجارية يتكبدها المتداول.
13.3 تحديد المسؤولية
لا تتحمل Atlas Funded بأي حال من الأحوال المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام المنصة، بما في ذلك خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات.

14. قوة قاهرة
14.1 تعريف القوة القاهرة
تشير القوة القاهرة إلى الأحداث أو الظروف الاستثنائية الخارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة لـ Atlas Funded، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الكوارث الطبيعية أو الحروب أو الأوبئة أو الإضرابات أو الإجراءات الحكومية، التي تمنع Atlas Funded من الوفاء بالتزاماتها التعاقدية.
14.2 التأثير على الخدمات
في حالة وجود قوة قاهرة، تحتفظ Atlas Funded بالحق في تعليق الخدمات أو إنهائها دون مسؤولية. سيتم إبلاغ المستخدمين بأي انقطاع في الخدمة والمدة المتوقعة لحدث القوة القاهرة.
14.3 استئناف الخدمات
بمجرد حل حدث القوة القاهرة، ستبذل Atlas Funded جهودًا معقولة لاستئناف الخدمات في أسرع وقت ممكن. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بالاستئناف وأي تأثيرات محتملة على حساباتهم أو تقييماتهم.
14.4 عدم المسؤولية عن القوة القاهرة
لن تتحمل Atlas Funded المسؤولية عن أي أضرار أو خسائر مالية أو عدم القدرة على الوصول إلى الخدمات الناجمة عن الأحداث التي تعتبر قوة قاهرة.
15. حل النزاعات
15.1 القرار الأولي
في حالة حدوث أي نزاع بين التاجر وشركة Atlas Funded، يجب على الطرفين أولاً محاولة حل المشكلة من خلال المفاوضات غير الرسمية. يجب على التاجر الاتصال support@atlasfunded.com لمناقشة القلق.
15.2 عملية الحل الرسمي
إذا تعذر حل المشكلة بشكل غير رسمي، يجوز لأي من الطرفين بدء إجراءات رسمية لتسوية النزاعات، مثل التحكيم أو الوساطة، وفقًا لقوانين الولاية القضائية الحاكمة.
15.3 اتفاقية التحكيم
بالموافقة على هذه الشروط، يوافق المتداول على تقديم أي نزاعات لم يتم حلها للتحكيم الملزم، والذي سيتم إجراؤه بواسطة محكم محايد من طرف ثالث.
15.3.1 موقع التحكيم
سيتم التحكيم في الولاية القضائية التي يقع فيها المقر الرئيسي لشركة Atlas Funded ما لم يتفق الطرفان على خلاف ذلك.
15.3.2 تكاليف التحكيم
سيكون كل طرف مسؤولاً عن الرسوم القانونية الخاصة به وأي تكاليف مرتبطة بعملية التحكيم.
15.4 الاختصاص القضائي والقانون الحاكم
تخضع جميع الإجراءات القانونية الناشئة عن هذه الشروط والأحكام أو المتعلقة بها وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، باستثناء قواعد تنازع القانون.
15.4.1 الاختصاص الحصري
أي نزاع قانوني لا يمكن حله من خلال التحكيم سيخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
16. إنهاء العقد
16.1 الإنهاء من قبل المستخدم
يمكن للمستخدمين إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية في أي وقت من خلال تقديم إشعار كتابي إلى Atlas Funded. عند الإنهاء، سيتم إلغاء جميع الخدمات والوصول إلى المنصة.
16.2 إنهاء الخدمة بتمويل من أطلس
تحتفظ Atlas Funded بالحق في إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية في أي وقت إذا انتهك المستخدم أي شروط أو شارك في أنشطة احتيالية أو محظورة أو فشل في الامتثال لإرشادات التداول.
16.3 تأثير الإنهاء
عند إنهاء العقد، سيتم إغلاق جميع التقييمات النشطة والحسابات الممولة وأي صفقات جارية على الفور، وسيفقد المستخدم إمكانية الوصول إلى أي أرباح أو تقييمات أو أموال متبقية في حسابه.
16.4 بقاء بعض الأحكام
ستبقى أقسام معينة من هذه الاتفاقية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر حقوق الملكية الفكرية وخصوصية البيانات وحل النزاعات، سارية بعد إنهاء العقد.
17. الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح
17.1 الامتثال القانوني
يوافق المستخدمون على الامتثال لجميع القوانين واللوائح ومعايير الصناعة المعمول بها عند استخدام خدمات Atlas Funded. وهذا يشمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، القوانين المالية ولوائح مكافحة غسيل الأموال (AML) ومتطلبات اعرف عميلك (KYC).
17.2 الإبلاغ عن الأنشطة المشبوهة
تحتفظ Atlas Funded بالحق في الإبلاغ عن أي نشاط مشبوه إلى السلطات التنظيمية ذات الصلة. قد يشمل ذلك الأنشطة التي يبدو أنها تنطوي على غسيل الأموال أو الاحتيال أو المعاملات المالية غير القانونية.
17.3 عواقب عدم الامتثال
إذا تبين أن المستخدم ينتهك أي قوانين أو لوائح سارية، فيجوز لـ Atlas Funded تعليق حسابه أو إنهائه على الفور والإبلاغ عن الانتهاك إلى السلطات المختصة.
18. سياسة مكافحة غسيل الأموال (AML) وسياسة اعرف عميلك (KYC)
18.1 الامتثال لمكافحة غسيل الأموال
تلتزم Atlas Funded بالامتثال لجميع لوائح مكافحة غسيل الأموال (AML) وتطلب من جميع المستخدمين التحقق من هويتهم قبل الوصول إلى خدمات معينة.
18.2 وثائق KYC
سيُطلب من المستخدمين تقديم وثائق هوية صالحة وإثبات العنوان لإكمال عملية KYC. سيؤدي عدم تقديم معلومات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب إلى تعليق الوصول إلى الحساب.
18.3 المراقبة المستمرة
تحتفظ Atlas Funded بالحق في إجراء فحوصات دورية على حسابات المستخدمين وطلب مستندات KYC المحدثة في أي وقت. سيتم التحقيق في أي نشاط مشبوه وفقًا لسياسة مكافحة غسيل الأموال الخاصة بنا.
18.4 عواقب عدم الامتثال
المستخدمون الذين يفشلون في الامتثال لمتطلبات KYC أو AML، أو الذين يشاركون في أنشطة تنتهك هذه السياسات، سيتم تعليق حساباتهم أو إنهاؤها، وقد تتم مصادرة أي أموال أو أرباح.
19. الأحكام النهائية
19.1 الاتفاقية الكاملة
تمثل هذه الشروط والأحكام الاتفاقية الكاملة بين المستخدم و Atlas Funded وتحل محل أي اتفاقيات أو إقرارات أو تفاهمات سابقة.
19.2 قابلية الفصل
إذا تبين أن أي شرط من هذه الشروط غير صالح أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فستظل الأحكام المتبقية سارية المفعول.
19.3 التنازل
لا يشكل فشل Atlas Funded في إنفاذ أي شرط من هذه الشروط تنازلاً عن حقوقها بموجب هذه الشروط.
19.4 التعيين
لا يجوز للمستخدمين نقل أو التنازل عن حقوقهم أو التزاماتهم بموجب هذه الاتفاقية دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة من Atlas Funded.
20. تحدي الوصول إلى أطلس - شروط وأحكام محددة
20.1 نموذج التحدي
20.1.1 ال تحدي الوصول إلى أطلس تعمل على نموذج «الدفع بعد المرور».
20.1.2 يدفع التجار فقط رسوم وسيط بقيمة 5 دولارات لبدء المرحلة 1.
20.1.3 عند اجتياز المرحلة الأولى، هناك خطوة إضافية رسوم وسيط بقيمة 5 دولارات يتم تكليفه ببدء المرحلة 2.
20.1.4 يتم دفع الرسوم الممولة بالكامل فقط بعد اجتياز المرحلتين بنجاح، إذا اختار المتداول المطالبة بحسابه الممول.
20.2 أهداف الربح ومعايير المخاطر
20.2.1 تتطلب المرحلة 1 10% profit target with a 5% daily drawdown limit and 8% max drawdown.
20.2.2 Phase 2 requires a 5% profit target with the same risk rules as Phase 1.
20.2.3 A minimum of 5 profitable trading days is required across both phases. A profitable day is defined as a day with ≥ 0.5% profit on the starting balance.
20.2.4 There are no time limits to complete either phase.
20.3 Funded Account Eligibility & Payment
20.3.1 Upon passing both phases, traders must pay the final funded account fee to activate their funded account.
20.3.2 This fee is based on the account size originally selected, as follows:
$10,000 Funded Account – $138
$25,000 Funded Account – $278
$50,000 Funded Account – $418
$100,000 Funded Account – $788
$200,000 Funded Account – $1,478
20.3.3 Traders have 14 days from the date of passing Phase 2 to complete payment.
20.3.4 If payment is not received within 14 days, the account will be forfeited, and the trader will need to restart the challenge.
20.4 Add-Ons
20.4.1 Traders may select optional add-ons at checkout when purchasing an Evaluation. These are paid upfront in addition to the Evaluation fee.
20.4.2 Add-on fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including if the Evaluation or funded account is failed or breached.
20.4.3 Add-ons apply only to the specific Evaluation account they were purchased with and cannot be transferred to new or reset accounts.
20.4.4 Available add-ons include (but are not limited to):
Payout Frequency Upgrades – Weekly or Biweekly payouts (instead of the default 30-day cycle).
95% or 100% Profit Split Upgrade – Increase the standard split up to 100%.
No Minimum Trading Days – Removes the minimum trading day requirement during Evaluation.
Free Retry / Free Reset Options – Available on certain challenges, subject to conditions.
Custom Add-Ons – Any promotional or time-limited add-ons that may be offered.
20.4.5 Add-on costs are not deducted from funded account fees; they are standalone features.
20.5 Challenge Limits & Restrictions
20.5.1 Only one Atlas Access challenge is allowed per person, per IP address, per email.
20.5.2 Attempting to bypass this rule (e.g., through multiple signups, VPNs, or aliases) will result in disqualification.
20.5.3 If a trader fails the Atlas Access Challenge, they may not try again under a different account.
21. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Atlas Funded, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

للمشاركة، يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل، وأن تقدم معلومات دقيقة، وأن تستوفي جميع متطلبات الأهلية لخدمات التداول.
1.3.1 الامتثال القانوني
باستخدام المنصة، فإنك تؤكد أن المشاركة في أنشطة التداول لا تنتهك أي قوانين تنطبق عليك.
1.3.2 قيود العمر
يُحظر تمامًا على المستخدمين الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عامًا استخدام خدمات Atlas Funded.
2. تسجيل الحساب وصيانته
2.1 المعلومات الشخصية
يجب على جميع المستخدمين تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وحديثة أثناء التسجيل. قد يؤدي عدم القيام بذلك إلى إنهاء الحساب.
2.1.1 دقة البيانات
يجب على المستخدمين التأكد من دقة جميع المعلومات المقدمة. قد تؤدي أي اختلافات أو تفاصيل خاطئة إلى تعليق الحساب.
2.1.2 معلومات الاتصال

2.2 سرية الحساب
يتحمل المستخدمون مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بهم وضمان أمان حساباتهم.
2.2.1 الوصول غير المصرح به
إذا اشتبه المستخدم في تعرض حسابه للاختراق، فيجب عليه إخطار Atlas Funded على الفور لمنع المزيد من النشاط غير المصرح به.

2.3 تعليق الحساب
Atlas Funded reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if there is evidence of rule violations or suspicious activity, without prior notice.
2.3.1 Suspension for Non-Compliance
Accounts may be suspended for violating any Terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to risk management violations or malicious trading practices.
2.3.2 Reinstatement Process
Users may appeal account suspensions by contacting support@atlasfunded.com. Reinstatement decisions will be made at Atlas Funded’s discretion.

3.1.1 Challenge Customisation
Atlas Funded offers flexibility in challenge selection based on a user’s experience level and risk tolerance.
3.1.2 Non-Transferable Accounts
Evaluation accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users are prohibited from sharing or selling their accounts to others.
3.2 Trading Parameters
All trades must adhere to the predefined risk management limits, including the specified drawdown and profit targets for each challenge.
3.2.1 Leverage Rules
Each challenge has a set leverage limit. Violating these limits may result in immediate disqualification from the evaluation phase.
4. Trading Practices and Guidelines
4.1 Profitable Trading Days
To pass the evaluation, traders must have a minimum of five profitable trading days where the profit achieved is greater than 0.5%, or 1% dependant on the challenge type.
4.1.1 Definition of Profitable Days
A day is considered profitable if the total closed trades result in a net gain, excluding open positions.
4.2 Risk Management
Traders must adhere to the max daily drawdown limits: 5% for the Atlas Trader and Plus Challenges, and 4% for the Atlas Express Challenge.
4.2.1 Monitoring of Drawdowns
Atlas Funded actively monitors daily drawdowns and overall drawdowns. Breaches may result in immediate suspension or failure of the evaluation.
4.3 Prohibited Practices
Any activity such as hedging trades between accounts, trading maliciously, or violating market rules will result in immediate disqualification.
4.3.1 Use of Automated Tools
Unauthorised automated tools, such as certain Expert Advisors (EAs), are strictly prohibited unless specifically approved by Atlas Funded.
4.3.2 Malicious Exploits
Exploiting system bugs, trading discrepancies, or any unethical practice that undermines the integrity of the platform will result in account closure.
4.3.3 High-Frequency Trading (HFT) & Ultra-Fast Scalping
Trades that last less than three minutes as a primary strategy are strictly prohibited. This trading method puts excessive strain on broker servers and attempts to exploit the demo environment. While short trades may naturally occur, they must not form the basis of your strategy.
4.3.4 One-Sided Risk Exposure (Funded Accounts Only)
Traders in the funded stage must adhere to balanced risk management principles.No more than 50% of the daily loss limit may be risked on a single trade or multiple trades on the same instrument.Example: If the account’s daily drawdown limit is 5%, the maximum risk per instrument per day is 2.5%.
4.3.5 Hedging Across Brokers or Prop Firms
Using multiple brokers or proprietary trading firms to hedge trades and create risk-free trading conditions is strictly forbidden. Traders must ensure their trades reflect true market risk exposure.
4.3.6 Tick Scalping & Latency Exploitation
Opening a large number of trades to take advantage of minor price movements (tick scalping) or exploiting delays in broker price feeds (latency arbitrage) is not permitted. These methods do not reflect real market conditions and create an unfair advantage.
4.3.7 Account Sharing & Third-Party Trading Services
All accounts must be traded exclusively by the account owner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:Sharing account login credentials with third parties.Allowing another individual or service to trade on your behalf.Logging into accounts from multiple, drastically different locations without prior approval.
4.3.8 News Trading Policy
News trading is permitted during Evaluation accounts; however, it is restricted on Funded accounts.Any profits generated from trades opened or closed within five (5) minutes before or after a red folder (high-impact) economic news event — as classified on Forex Factory or equivalent economic calendars — are subject to withdrawal or deduction from the trader’s payout.Such actions will not result in a breach but may affect the payout calculation for that specific cycle.
4.3.9 Excessive Order Placement & Server Overloading
Placing an unreasonable number of market or limit orders in short timeframes overloads broker servers and disrupts trading performance. Any activity intended to interfere with market execution speed is prohibited.
4.3.10 Account Passing Services
Using external services to pass an evaluation or trade on behalf of a trader is not allowed. All evaluations must be completed independently by the trader.
4.3.11 Weekend Trading Restrictions
Holding trades over the weekend (Friday–Monday) is permitted. Opening new positions on Saturday and Sunday is not allowed.
4.3.12 Excessive Risk Taking
During the funded stage, traders must exercise prudent risk management at all times. Strategies that involve excessive risk-taking—such as consistently placing trades without a stop-loss, or employing trading styles that expose the account to significant risk through other means—are strictly prohibited. Such behaviour will be reviewed on an account-by-account basis, and Atlas Funded reserves the right to intervene, issue warnings, or terminate funded accounts found to be in breach of this policy.
4.3.13 Consequences of Violations
Atlas Funded enforces strict compliance with these rules. Violating any of the above guidelines may result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, or forfeiture of any outstanding payouts.Traders are expected to operate ethically and in accordance with fair trading practices. 5. Funded Account Allocation
5.1 Transition to Funded Accounts
After successful completion of the evaluation, traders will receive a funded account with the same balance as the evaluation account.
5.1.1 Account Setup
The funded account will be set up within 5 business days after completing the evaluation. Traders must comply with all further trading rules.
5.2 Account Usage
Traders must maintain a consistent trading strategy in the funded account as demonstrated during the evaluation phase. Major deviations may result in the suspension of the funded account.
5.2.1 Review of Trading Strategy
Atlas Funded reserves the right to review the funded account periodically to ensure consistency in trading strategies.
5.2.2 Prohibited Gambling Strategies
Traders must avoid using trading strategies that resemble gambling behaviours, including but not limited to “all-or-nothing” positions or highly speculative trades that rely on chance rather than skill or analysis. Atlas Funded seeks to fund traders who exhibit consistency, sound risk management, and long-term profitability.Any approach that disregards structured risk control, such as opening oversized trades relative to account balance, relying on hope-based holds, or strategies that have a binary outcome by design, may be classified as gambling.Such strategies are strictly prohibited on both evaluation and funded accounts. Breaches of this rule may result in immediate account disqualification and forfeiture of any profits, in accordance with Section 4.3.13
5.3 Review and Auditing
Atlas Funded reserves the right to audit and review funded accounts at any time. Violations of trading rules can result in account termination.
5.3.1 Audit Frequency

6.3 Payout Schedule
Funded traders may request payouts through the Client Section in accordance with the payout cycle applicable to their account (default or as modified by any payout add-ons selected at checkout or via the dashboard).
Default: First payout eligible 30 days from the first funded trade; subsequent payouts every 30 days.
Bi-Weekly add-on: First payout at 30 days, then every 14 days.
Weekly add-on: First payout at 21 days, then every 7 days.
Atlas Funded processes approved payouts within 1–5 business days. Actual receipt may depend on verification/AML checks, payment method, and network/banking conditions. Payout requests submitted on weekends or public holidays are treated as received on the next business day. Additional method-specific fees or limits may apply as set out in our Payouts policy.
6.3.1 Payment Processing Methods
Payments are made via bank transfer or through third-party processors. Traders must ensure their payout details are up-to-date.
6.3.2 Processing Fees
Any fees associated with withdrawals are the responsibility of the trader. These may include bank fees or third-party service charges.
6.4 Payout Restrictions
Payouts may be delayed or denied if the trader has violated any rules, such as exceeding drawdown limits or engaging in forbidden trading practices.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 General Refund Policy
7.1.1 No Refunds on Used Accounts
Atlas Funded does not offer refunds once an account has been used. An account is considered used once a trader has placed at least one trade. By placing a trade, the trader acknowledges and accepts that their purchase is final and non-refundable.
7.1.2 Refunds for Unused Accounts
Atlas Funded may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund if an account has been purchased but not used. To qualify, the trader must not have placed any trades on the account. Refund requests must be submitted within [7 days] of purchase, and approval remains at the discretion of Atlas Funded.
7.2 Refundable Evaluation Fees
7.2.1 Evaluation Fee Refund Eligibility
Traders who successfully pass an evaluation and receive a funded account are eligible for a refund of their evaluation fee.
7.2.2 Refund Payment Conditions
Refunds of evaluation fees are only available to traders who successfully pass their evaluation, reach the funded stage, and complete the required number of payout cycles as outlined below. Refunds are processed together with the payout in which eligibility is met.

7.3.1 Zero-Tolerance Chargeback Policy
Atlas Funded maintains a strict no-chargeback policy. Any trader who initiates a chargeback on a legitimate purchase will have their account immediately suspended, and the chargeback will be contested to the fullest extent of our legal rights.
7.3.2 Legal Action for Chargebacks
In the event that Atlas Funded loses a chargeback dispute, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against the individual to recover funds, damages, and any applicable legal fees.For any refund inquiries, please contact support@atlasfunded.com before taking any action.
7.4 Penalties for Prohibited Practices
Traders found violating any of the prohibited practices will have their accounts terminated without notice, and Atlas Funded may pursue legal action for damages incurred.
8. Social Media and Public Communications
8.1 Public Representation
Traders are required to represent Atlas Funded honestly and fairly in any public communication, including social media, blogs, or reviews.
8.1.1 False Claims
Any untrue or defamatory statements made against Atlas Funded can result in immediate account termination and legal action.
8.2 Defamatory or Misleading Statements
Spreading misleading or false information about the platform’s services or performance will result in legal proceedings, including but not limited to account suspension and financial compensation for damages.
8.3 Consequences for Violations
Traders who post defamatory content or false claims about Atlas Funded will face immediate termination and forfeiture of any profits accumulated through the platform.
8.3.1 Social Media Misconduct Policy
Traders who are found to have misrepresented Atlas Funded on social media or public platforms will have their accounts flagged and investigated.
8.4 Atlas Funded Giveaway Terms & Conditions for Social Media Collaborators
8.4.1. Giveaway Winner Selection
All giveaways conducted as part of Atlas Funded’s collaboration program must use a randomiser tool to select the winners. This ensures transparency and fairness in the selection process.
8.4.2 Violation of Winner Selection Process
If a winner is manually selected (not via a randomiser), it will be considered a violation of our giveaway rules. In such cases, the giveaway may be voided.
8.4.3 Unintentional Violations
If the violation of this rule was unintentional (e.g., by human error or misunderstanding), the collaborator may be given an opportunity to denounce the manually selected winners. In such cases, the collaborator must reannounce the winners using a random selection tool.
8.4.4 Randomiser ToolsFor the purposes of reannouncing the winners, we recommend using a recognised and trusted random selection tool, such as XPicker (formerly TwitterPicker), for giveaways held on X (formerly Twitter).
8.4.5 Giveaway Validity
Failure to adhere to these rules, even in cases of unintentional violations, may result in the cancellation or voiding of the giveaway.
8.4.6. Acknowledgement
By participating in Atlas Funded’s giveaway program, you agree to these terms and conditions and commit to following the rules for winner selection as outlined above.
9. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
9.1 Grounds for Suspension
Atlas Funded reserves the right to suspend accounts for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including risk management breaches or prohibited trading practices.
9.1.1 Immediate Suspension
Suspension may occur without prior notice if a serious violation is detected, such as breaches in risk management limits or engagement in fraudulent practices.
9.2 Permanent Termination
Accounts may be permanently terminated if violations are deemed severe, including any fraudulent behavior or breaches of the rules that pose a risk to the platform.
9.2.1 Appeal of Termination
Users may appeal the termination of their account by contacting support@atlasfunded.com. All appeals must be submitted within 10 business days of the account termination notice.
9.3 Suspension Duration
Accounts suspended for minor violations may be reinstated after a thorough investigation, but accounts flagged for serious violations will be permanently disabled.
9.3.1 No Refunds for Terminated Accounts
If a trader’s account is terminated due to violation of the Terms and Conditions, they are not eligible for any refund of fees paid.
10. Withdrawal and Payout Restrictions
10.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal
Traders must fully comply with all trading guidelines and maintain adherence to the rules in order to be eligible for withdrawals. Any violations will delay or cancel payout eligibility.
10.3 Processing Times
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 business days. Any delays caused by third-party payment providers are not the responsibility of Atlas Funded.
10.3.1 Third-Party Payment Delays
Atlas Funded will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks. Users are advised to contact their payment provider for any further assistance.
10.4 Fees and Charges
Traders are responsible for all fees related to the withdrawal process, including third-party bank fees or any charges incurred during currency conversion.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1 Ownership of Materials
All software, content, and intellectual property on Atlas Funded’s platform remain the property of Atlas Funded or its licensors.
11.2 Prohibited Use of Intellectual Property
Traders may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any proprietary materials provided by Atlas Funded without prior written consent.
11.3 Violations of Intellectual Property
Any unauthorized use of Atlas Funded’s intellectual property, including the redistribution of materials or proprietary software, will result in legal action.
12. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
12.1 Commitment to Data Protection
Atlas Funded is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all traders. All personal information is protected under applicable data privacy laws.
12.1.1 GDPR Compliance

في حالة حدوث خرق للبيانات، ستقوم Atlas Funded بإخطار المستخدمين المتضررين والسلطات المختصة في غضون 72 ساعة.
13. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية
13.1 عدم وجود ضمانات للربحية
ينطوي التداول على مخاطر متأصلة، والأداء السابق لا يضمن النجاح في المستقبل. لا تقدم Atlas Funded أي ضمانات فيما يتعلق بربحية المتداول على المنصة.
13.2 مخاطر الخسارة
قد يخسر المتداولون أكثر من رأس مالهم الأولي، ولن تتحمل Atlas Funded المسؤولية عن أي خسائر تجارية يتكبدها المتداول.

14. قوة قاهرة
14.1 تعريف القوة القاهرة
تشير القوة القاهرة إلى الأحداث أو الظروف الاستثنائية الخارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة لـ Atlas Funded، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الكوارث الطبيعية أو الحروب أو الأوبئة أو الإضرابات أو الإجراءات الحكومية، التي تمنع Atlas Funded من الوفاء بالتزاماتها التعاقدية.
14.2 التأثير على الخدمات
في حالة وجود قوة قاهرة، تحتفظ Atlas Funded بالحق في تعليق الخدمات أو إنهائها دون مسؤولية. سيتم إبلاغ المستخدمين بأي انقطاع في الخدمة والمدة المتوقعة لحدث القوة القاهرة.
14.3 استئناف الخدمات
بمجرد حل حدث القوة القاهرة، ستبذل Atlas Funded جهودًا معقولة لاستئناف الخدمات في أسرع وقت ممكن. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بالاستئناف وأي تأثيرات محتملة على حساباتهم أو تقييماتهم.
14.4 عدم المسؤولية عن القوة القاهرة
لن تتحمل Atlas Funded المسؤولية عن أي أضرار أو خسائر مالية أو عدم القدرة على الوصول إلى الخدمات الناجمة عن الأحداث التي تعتبر قوة قاهرة.
15. حل النزاعات
15.1 القرار الأولي
في حالة حدوث أي نزاع بين التاجر وشركة Atlas Funded، يجب على الطرفين أولاً محاولة حل المشكلة من خلال المفاوضات غير الرسمية. يجب على التاجر الاتصال support@atlasfunded.com لمناقشة القلق.
15.2 عملية الحل الرسمي
إذا تعذر حل المشكلة بشكل غير رسمي، يجوز لأي من الطرفين بدء إجراءات رسمية لتسوية النزاعات، مثل التحكيم أو الوساطة، وفقًا لقوانين الولاية القضائية الحاكمة.
15.3 اتفاقية التحكيم
بالموافقة على هذه الشروط، يوافق المتداول على تقديم أي نزاعات لم يتم حلها للتحكيم الملزم، والذي سيتم إجراؤه بواسطة محكم محايد من طرف ثالث.
15.3.1 موقع التحكيم
سيتم التحكيم في الولاية القضائية التي يقع فيها المقر الرئيسي لشركة Atlas Funded ما لم يتفق الطرفان على خلاف ذلك.
15.3.2 تكاليف التحكيم
سيكون كل طرف مسؤولاً عن الرسوم القانونية الخاصة به وأي تكاليف مرتبطة بعملية التحكيم.
15.4 الاختصاص القضائي والقانون الحاكم
تخضع جميع الإجراءات القانونية الناشئة عن هذه الشروط والأحكام أو المتعلقة بها وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، باستثناء قواعد تنازع القانون.
15.4.1 الاختصاص الحصري
أي نزاع قانوني لا يمكن حله من خلال التحكيم سيخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
16. إنهاء العقد
16.1 الإنهاء من قبل المستخدم
يمكن للمستخدمين إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية في أي وقت من خلال تقديم إشعار كتابي إلى Atlas Funded. عند الإنهاء، سيتم إلغاء جميع الخدمات والوصول إلى المنصة.
16.2 إنهاء الخدمة بتمويل من أطلس
تحتفظ Atlas Funded بالحق في إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية في أي وقت إذا انتهك المستخدم أي شروط أو شارك في أنشطة احتيالية أو محظورة أو فشل في الامتثال لإرشادات التداول.
16.3 تأثير الإنهاء
عند إنهاء العقد، سيتم إغلاق جميع التقييمات النشطة والحسابات الممولة وأي صفقات جارية على الفور، وسيفقد المستخدم إمكانية الوصول إلى أي أرباح أو تقييمات أو أموال متبقية في حسابه.
16.4 بقاء بعض الأحكام
ستبقى أقسام معينة من هذه الاتفاقية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر حقوق الملكية الفكرية وخصوصية البيانات وحل النزاعات، سارية بعد إنهاء العقد.
17. الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح
17.1 الامتثال القانوني
يوافق المستخدمون على الامتثال لجميع القوانين واللوائح ومعايير الصناعة المعمول بها عند استخدام خدمات Atlas Funded. وهذا يشمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، القوانين المالية ولوائح مكافحة غسيل الأموال (AML) ومتطلبات اعرف عميلك (KYC).
17.2 الإبلاغ عن الأنشطة المشبوهة
تحتفظ Atlas Funded بالحق في الإبلاغ عن أي نشاط مشبوه إلى السلطات التنظيمية ذات الصلة. قد يشمل ذلك الأنشطة التي يبدو أنها تنطوي على غسيل الأموال أو الاحتيال أو المعاملات المالية غير القانونية.
17.3 عواقب عدم الامتثال
إذا تبين أن المستخدم ينتهك أي قوانين أو لوائح سارية، فيجوز لـ Atlas Funded تعليق حسابه أو إنهائه على الفور والإبلاغ عن الانتهاك إلى السلطات المختصة.
18. سياسة مكافحة غسيل الأموال (AML) وسياسة اعرف عميلك (KYC)
18.1 الامتثال لمكافحة غسيل الأموال
تلتزم Atlas Funded بالامتثال لجميع لوائح مكافحة غسيل الأموال (AML) وتطلب من جميع المستخدمين التحقق من هويتهم قبل الوصول إلى خدمات معينة.
18.2 وثائق KYC
سيُطلب من المستخدمين تقديم وثائق هوية صالحة وإثبات العنوان لإكمال عملية KYC. سيؤدي عدم تقديم معلومات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب إلى تعليق الوصول إلى الحساب.
18.3 المراقبة المستمرة
تحتفظ Atlas Funded بالحق في إجراء فحوصات دورية على حسابات المستخدمين وطلب مستندات KYC المحدثة في أي وقت. سيتم التحقيق في أي نشاط مشبوه وفقًا لسياسة مكافحة غسيل الأموال الخاصة بنا.
18.4 عواقب عدم الامتثال
المستخدمون الذين يفشلون في الامتثال لمتطلبات KYC أو AML، أو الذين يشاركون في أنشطة تنتهك هذه السياسات، سيتم تعليق حساباتهم أو إنهاؤها، وقد تتم مصادرة أي أموال أو أرباح.
19. الأحكام النهائية
19.1 الاتفاقية الكاملة
تمثل هذه الشروط والأحكام الاتفاقية الكاملة بين المستخدم و Atlas Funded وتحل محل أي اتفاقيات أو إقرارات أو تفاهمات سابقة.
19.2 قابلية الفصل
إذا تبين أن أي شرط من هذه الشروط غير صالح أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فستظل الأحكام المتبقية سارية المفعول.
19.3 التنازل
لا يشكل فشل Atlas Funded في إنفاذ أي شرط من هذه الشروط تنازلاً عن حقوقها بموجب هذه الشروط.
19.4 التعيين
لا يجوز للمستخدمين نقل أو التنازل عن حقوقهم أو التزاماتهم بموجب هذه الاتفاقية دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة من Atlas Funded.
20. تحدي الوصول إلى أطلس - شروط وأحكام محددة
20.1 نموذج التحدي
20.1.1 ال تحدي الوصول إلى أطلس تعمل على نموذج «الدفع بعد المرور».
20.1.2 يدفع التجار فقط رسوم وسيط بقيمة 5 دولارات لبدء المرحلة 1.
20.1.3 عند اجتياز المرحلة الأولى، هناك خطوة إضافية رسوم وسيط بقيمة 5 دولارات يتم تكليفه ببدء المرحلة 2.
20.1.4 يتم دفع الرسوم الممولة بالكامل فقط بعد اجتياز المرحلتين بنجاح، إذا اختار المتداول المطالبة بحسابه الممول.
20.2 أهداف الربح ومعايير المخاطر
20.2.1 تتطلب المرحلة 1 10% profit target with a 5% daily drawdown limit and 8% max drawdown.
20.2.2 Phase 2 requires a 5% profit target with the same risk rules as Phase 1.
20.2.3 A minimum of 5 profitable trading days is required across both phases. A profitable day is defined as a day with ≥ 0.5% profit on the starting balance.
20.2.4 There are no time limits to complete either phase.
20.3 Funded Account Eligibility & Payment
20.3.1 Upon passing both phases, traders must pay the final funded account fee to activate their funded account.
20.3.2 This fee is based on the account size originally selected, as follows:
$10,000 Funded Account – $138
$25,000 Funded Account – $278
$50,000 Funded Account – $418
$100,000 Funded Account – $788
$200,000 Funded Account – $1,478
20.3.3 Traders have 14 days from the date of passing Phase 2 to complete payment.
20.3.4 If payment is not received within 14 days, the account will be forfeited, and the trader will need to restart the challenge.
20.4 Add-Ons
20.4.1 Traders may select optional add-ons at checkout when purchasing an Evaluation. These are paid upfront in addition to the Evaluation fee.
20.4.2 Add-on fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including if the Evaluation or funded account is failed or breached.
20.4.3 Add-ons apply only to the specific Evaluation account they were purchased with and cannot be transferred to new or reset accounts.
20.4.4 Available add-ons include (but are not limited to):
Payout Frequency Upgrades – Weekly or Biweekly payouts (instead of the default 30-day cycle).
95% or 100% Profit Split Upgrade – Increase the standard split up to 100%.
No Minimum Trading Days – Removes the minimum trading day requirement during Evaluation.

20.4.5 Add-on costs are not deducted from funded account fees; they are standalone features.
20.5 Challenge Limits & Restrictions
20.5.1 Only one Atlas Access challenge is allowed per person, per IP address, per email.
20.5.2 Attempting to bypass this rule (e.g., through multiple signups, VPNs, or aliases) will result in disqualification.
20.5.3 If a trader fails the Atlas Access Challenge, they may not try again under a different account.
21. Acceptance of Terms
